The article describes the attempt by President Trump to keep some parts of the Obamacare and do away with others. The others that he wants to do away are what keep the whole system in place. Keeping the goods parts of Obama will lead to the collapse of healthcare insurance since healthier people will avoid insurance due to escalating costs. The article relates to the book in that health insurance, particularly that of workers is covered.
