Complex product development is managed by scrum. This is a framework that is used to address technical adaptive problems while at the same time productively and actively delivering products which are of the highest possible quality and value. This framework gives a room for improvement of a product by providing a relative efficacy for the management of the product and its development practices as well (Mollahoseini et al., 2018)
Scrum framework is anchored on six core principles. The principles include self-organization, this solely focuses the workers who give their best delivery when they are self-organized, something which leads to a better team buy-in as well as shared ownership, and an environment which is creative enough and conducive for positive growth and innovation. Collaboration is another principle; this mainly is focused on the three significant facets related to working as teamwork: awareness, articulation, and appropriation. It also lobbies project management as something which is a shared value creation process with people working together and interacting to deliver the highest value. Empirical process control is the next principle, this focuses on the core philosophy of Scrum based on the three main ideas of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Value-based prioritization is another principle which is critical in the Scrum framework; it highlights the focus of Scrum to deliver maximum business value, from early in the project and continuing throughout. , on the other hand, is the principle which describes how time is considered a limiting constraint in Scrum and used to help effectively manage project planning and execution.
