Product placement in movies refers to putting or positioning your film at a better position to be bought by the public. Product placement is a form of marketing but is aggressive in nature. It breaks away from the usual norms of advertising which involve static adverts, but focusses on real life scenarios with the movie or film displayed in the background. Traditional adverts create boredom over time and considering today’s world, people are more acquainted to advertisements almost everywhere, for example, on billboards, radio, television and even social media via the internet.
