Eagle’s Nest LLC., announced the introduction of a revolutionary business idea that will involve a massive high-rise style facility that will create a progressive and futuristic architectural design. The design is expected to offer unique experiences to both the residents and visitors of the City of Auburn. The business model proposed by Eagle’s Nest is highly feasible in the Auburn area since very few establishments can emulate the distinctive experience that is being proposed by Eagle’s Nest. For instance, the observation tower will be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for a three-hundred and sixty degrees view of the Auburn Area. Bojanic (79) argues that businesses that are able to develop unique features that are different from their competitors have a better chance of becoming successful. Eagle’s Nest’s will offer a lavish and luxurious dining experience in addition to a multitude of other unique experiences.
The main clients of Eagle’s Nest will be the residents and visitors of the Auburn, and this implies that the observation tower will be able to serve a wide range of clients. Competition from other sites is one of the main challenging factors that will face Eagle’s Nest (McQuillan). A master plan has already been created to develop downtown Auburn and other parts of the city (Urban Collage, Foresite Group, Inc., and Market + Main 92). There are numerous tourism facilities that are situated in Auburn, including TownePlace Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn Auburn.
