Week one will cover the topic of organizational impacts of information and it aims at establishing how the application of information technology impacts the organization. It also aims at establishing what type of organizational structure is best to adopt technological changes and the reasons. The topic will cover the advantages and limitations of the networked structure of an organization and how the managers have been influenced by IT changes on how they manage and evaluate their work (Pearlson and Saunders 1). The second week’s topic is IT design and work and it will seek to establish what the best IT design is and work for an organization. It also seeks to establish when and where the new IT design will be adopted by an organization and why it is necessary for an organization (Pearlson and Saunders 2).
