Human beings a species have unique genetical features that impact behavior in addition to overall experiences in their surroundings. At birth, human beings are born into different settings, including family, religion, language, and class. These social settings form a basis for development through which individuals can gain experiences through which their behavior can be developed.
A majority of animals have developed unique senses that enable them to be self-aware hence promoting the ability to communicate through sophisticated methods. Human beings form part of this group with the ability to communicate, thus creating a common denominator in animals. However, human brains have developed further, enabling them to plan for the future when compared to other animals. Human beings are the only species perceived to prepare for future events throughout their lives (Rutherford). While several animals have short term plans involving innate action such as food, long term planning is only visible in human beings. This also shapes human behavior since activities are aligned to achieve specific long-term objectives. No other species put effort and resources into understanding its background and the future ahead like human beings. Therefore, this makes human beings a unique species with the capability of putting ideas into perspective to come up with plans that can be implemented at a later stage in life.
Apart from that, the ability of human beings to create sophisticated technologies has enabled the development of better communication methods such as the internet. The increased need for social connections has increased the number of channels through which human beings can connect and communicate across vast geographical regions.
