Photography one of the most popular arts in the contemporary society. Modern photography involves skillfully replicating and turning an actual image into art using lenses. Photography began centuries ago, and it is essential to note that it replaced painting and drawing in many as the only way to capture and store actual images of things, places, or people. I have had an interest in knowing more about photography for a very long time. Szarkowsk’s article, “The Photographer’s Eye” means a lot to me because it outlines the essential aspects of photography as an art.
