Introduction
Acute poverty and economic marginalization are broad characteristics of many Black Africans and Caribbeans who have adequately undertaken undergraduate studies in the UK Universities. It translates to a wide variation in the labor market achievements in the United Kingdom (UK) for different minority groups. The results of the continued discrimination and marginalization of the Black graduates underwrites the racial oppression in the United Kingdom through incarceration of the young Black, Asians, and Caribbean men. For instance, in the University of Branford, the White and Black British are doing extremely well in the job market compared to Asians, Caribbean, Africans, and other minority groups. The Black and White British takes the 63% of the University population, Asians, and Chinese share 20% while the remaining percentage goes to other minority groups.

Lin & Harris (2008) argue that Blacks and Africans graduates of University of Greenwich and University of Liverpool contribute 4% and 8% respectively in the labor market in UK. Therefore, it means that there is a significant difference between average weekly earnings levels among some ethnic minority groups and their White counterparts. Current figures indicate that Hull University has produced the largest of graduates from ethnic groups in holding professional or managerial jobs. For example, the Black Africans have maintained high rates of occupational attainment across different sectors though they are not well paying (Kronenfeld, 2013).
Still, there is strong evidence that the disparities in the opportunities ar...
