This project is a group project, we have to select 1) a product/service which has a competitive advantage and 2) a country where they perform a strategic analysis to enter the chosen country. Each group is responsible for writing one paper that performs a thorough analysis of the business environment of a country, taking into account the political, economic, and socioeconomic factors that affect companies. They perform a strategic analysis of the company to examine how to enter a particular market as a company manager. The goal is to determine what direction the company should take and make specific recommendations about what the company should do next and why.
Our group chose Singapore Ecommerce SHOPEE to enter India Mumbai. And my part is Technology(Pesti), Place(4P's), I think these two parts need about 300 words. In the attachment I upload called "Our Group Presentation-Shopee Slides", you can see a slide that belongs to our group. On the 8th and 16th pages, the name Tongyu is written as part of mine.
