Introduction

Cross-cultural management is a critical issue for modern business because enhanced diversity and globalization promotes it to adopt for organizational well-being (Bird and Mendenhall, 2016). Similarly, in the Tanzania case, the management faces severe challenges in dealing with the cross-cultural practices in the African region. Consequently, the team except Jones are not aware of Tanzania's cultural, organizational, and ethical practices. In this manner, Steinberg confused to evaluate an individual to lead the dam construction effectively by managing all the issues identified. Therefore, the group project is worthy for HG to understand each theory and problem regarding cross-cultural management. Henceforth, implement it effectively with Jones or any other individuals to gain maximum output from the Tanzania project. The paper reflects the overall podcast that in what way the group distributes task, analyse the problem in the respective case, evaluates theories about cross-cultural management and related recommendations.
