At the start, the members of Smart Barcode gate came up with the problems concerning their lives. They also came up with suggestions of the possible solutions to the problems that are discovered by the individuals. After the provision of the ideas, the best solution is voted by the group’s members so as to come up with the best solution to the problem in question. This happens after the problems have been thoroughly discussed with the family and friends. After the selection of the problem of Barcode Gate, the needs of the prospective customers were highlighted.
In the initial investigation, members thoroughly looked at the problem and came up with a number of probable solutions. The second screen later enabled the group members to endorse and support the concept of Smart barcode gate through the elimination of solutions that are impractical. In the last stage, a number of technology management techniques like Risk Analysis, QFD and SWOT analysis were brought in so as to conduct a thorough study regarding the process of development.
