The idea of the “place” is one of the essential concepts that architects usually use in creating their art. Generally, a place is defined as the individual’s perception of the environment around him, as well as the emotional appeal that it creates within him CITATION Val141 \l 1033 (Vali & Nasekhiyan, 2014). In other words, a place is how the individual perceives his external environment in relation to his preferences and personality. In this article, I would like to show how this idea could help illuminate the importance of architecture on people.
