Assessment Brief:
You will be required to submit one individual piece of work which contains two elements: a wellbeing audit of an organisation (primary and/or secondary research) and an essay which evaluates the audit. Please ensure that you include how you would move this information forward in your professional life. A template will be provided for your wellbeing audit which will be completed as a matrix. The total word count for the essay and the audit will be 1500 words plus wellbeing audit as an appendix. Please ensure you address the following:
What is your selected organisation’s wellbeing approach/vision/ethos?
Evaluate your chosen organisation’s wellbeing policies/ initiatives/programs.
How are you going to use this information in your professional career?

For this challenge, you will be assessed against the ‘Generic Assessment criteria, the specific wording related to this assessment criteria, together with indicators of the performance across grading boundaries can be found at the end of this document. These grading boundaries will be discussed in the delivery of this module and you are encouraged to ask questions if you are in any doubt about any aspect of the grading and feedback process.
Work Required:
1. Select your organisation – you will be offered a choice of organisations to examine or select an organisation of your choice. If you do select your own organisation – please advise the module team to ensure that enough information is available to carry out a wellbeing audit.
2. Conduct your audit - using primary and/or secondary research conduct an audit of the organisation. You should be able to identify themes for discussion in the evaluation (point 3). A template will be offered to conduct your audit which you can put as an appendix and discuss in the main body of the essay.
3. Evaluate your audit - ensure that you evaluate the wellbeing audit of the organisation in depth (for example sustainability, ethical practices, initiatives and approaches) and any challenges and/or points of celebration pertaining to the organisation’s approach to managing them to mitigate risk. You will refer to the audit within the essay as a narrative (no bullet points). You would be expected to highlight areas of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and provide recommendations for ongoing professional practice for the organisation and your own professional development. Higher performing pieces of work will draw from multiple high quality academic and professional sources and also suggest themes that the organisation may not yet have identified, supported by industry or academic research.

The company serves over 200 countries all over the world with its Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, United States under the leadership of the current CEO James Quincey. In 2017, the company realized revenue of $35.410 billion which represented a 15.4% decrease compared to the 41.863 billion realized in 2016. The Coca-Cola Company is also regarded as one of the most profitable businesses in the world.
