In the wake of globalization, economies have grown relative to the production processes that are now not restricted to one country or region. Companies can establish their premises in different parts of the world, relative to cheap labor, emerging markets, relaxed legal systems and raw materials among other factors. Relative to availability of employment, women in the developing world now form the bulk of employees in most of the production systems working low paying jobs such as, sewing garments, cutting flowers and packing fruits among other menial jobs.
