According to many people, gender inequality still exists. Men do not consider themselves as being equal to women, but ladies think they are pretty equal. The issue of gender inequality remains a heated debate in the human, social and political development. We have witnessed a relentless war between men and women in all platforms from employment to relationships. Throughout history, various attempts have been made to harmonize this conflict of gender inequality through the implementation of policies that impose strict punishments who attempt to exhibit gender biases. The continuous conflict is the evidence for the existence of gender inequality in the society.
Most scholars have argued that the gender pay gap in workplaces the major cause of inequality. "Seminar: What Causes Gender Inequality?" N.p., n.d. Web. 15 May 2015.]

Majority of the citizens argued that despite she had good policies, as a super power, America should not be governed by a woman. They further added that America needs a strong person who can make hard decisions something women are not well acquainted with. Women are considered to be soft. Women who engage in politics experience the worst form of inequality especially those from developing countries where women are not allowed to speak in public.
