1. How does founder Christina Tosi gain huge success with Milk Bar?
Christina Tosi learned a great deal from her former employer. He was supportive and urged her to start her brand under her name. To help her kick start the business, he loaned him some money, which he eventually paid back once the company picked up. Perhaps the huge success with the Milk Bar came from having a lot of confidence and willing to test a new business idea altogether. What began as an experiment eventually took shape, aided by the supportive staff that was friendly or hospitable to clients. They have excellent customer services, waking up early, and experimenting with the recipe until they found the right formulae that customers preferred. She did not stop at that because for Tosi, and it has been about patience, adventure, and growth. To expand the business, she only took a little money for her upkeep and to pay the bills. In other words, she has been investing the money back into the business, buying more delivery vans, opening early and giving her buyers superior customer services apart from the tasty delicacy.

The milk Bar business is a new experience as Tosi mentions that baking cookies are different from operating a restaurant. People are always milling—coming and going. They are interested in the brand, the taste and the consistency—which is what Milk Bar is all about.
