Introduction
Technology (technical innovation) is the making, adjustment, utilization, and knowledge of machines, devices, techniques, designs, systems, methods of the company, in order to fix an issue, enhance a pre-existing solution to an issue, achieve a goal or perform a function. It can also mean the collection of such sources, equipment, variations, agreements, and procedures. Technology significantly affects individual as well as other animal species’ capability to management and adjusts to their organic surroundings. The individual species' use of technology started with the transformation of organic sources into simple sources. The prehistorically development of the capability to management fire increased the available sources of food and the innovation of the rim assisted people in visiting in and managing their atmosphere. Recent technological improvements, such as the publishing press, the telephone, and the Internet have reduced physical limitations to interaction and permitted people to communicate easily on an international range. Technical innovation has affected community and its environment in various ways. In many cultures, technologies have assisted develop more financial systems that are advanced and has permitted the increase of a leisure class. Although technology has brought positive changes in live of many humans, it has also brought some negative ones. Many technological procedures produce unwanted by-products, known as contamination and pollution and wipe out organic sources, to the hindrance of the Earth and its atmosphere. Various implementations of technology affect the community and new technology often increase new moral questions.
While technology has been explained above, event planning is the process of preparing a ceremony, competition, convention, festival, party, or concert. Occasion preparing contains budgeting, determining schedules and different dates, selecting the case site, getting permits, and managing transportation and vehicle parking area (Allen, 2009). Event preparing also contains some of the following, based on the characteristics of the event: coming up with a theme or design for the occasion; organizing for speakers and alternative speakers. In addition, managing location assistance (including facilities such as water, electricity and others), organizing decoration, tents, event security, police, fire, emergency plans, portable toilets, catering, vehicle parking, medical professionals, and clean-up (Allen, 2009). The work focuses on event production and planning in relation to the new technology. It looks at the ways the technology has made this process easier, more affordable, faster, and more efficiency than in the past attempts of event production (Goldblatt, 2010).
