The development of the Railway road alignment was critical in attempts to meet the road requirements and safety values over Esperanza Creek. The designers then focused on the constructing the southern approach based on the fundamental engineering judgments. The new alignment was effective and efficient since it provided compatibility between the existing bridge and the proposed conditions of the north approach, hence accommodating the shoulder and the lane width. The elevation of the current land accounted for the appropriate slope in order to facilitate smooth flow of fleets.
