1 Introduction
Technological advancements have transformed everything ranging from the pharmaceutical to the clothing industry. The dawn of the 21st century has witnessed the modifications of different sectors due to information technology. Several nostalgic internet-related media examples can be traced in this regard, and among them, Android Version History appears to be nostalgic as well as comprehensive (Krajci & Cummings, 2013). Android version was initiated in 2003 as a separate project, i-e. Android Inc. apprehending the potential and progress of the types, Google bought in 2005 and started developing its different aspects.

The table given above talks about some of the prominent droid features. Google has been launching a new type of droid every year, carrying special features which make them unique compared with the previous versions. For example, in 2009, the Android feature provided customers with unique live wallpaper functions. In 2009, it was a unique feature that Google-owned Android introduced, and its customers greatly praised this feature (Hoog, 2011). The latest version, launched in 2021, stands out from all the previous versions. The medium focused mainly on ensuring the privacy of customers. The functions asking before entering the gallery, phonebook, or any cell phone slot while using/installing a new application were initiated by Android. Despite taking many measures to ensure privacy and data security, several cases of data theft and encryption have been reported, but the company's measures have never proven sufficient to deal with such issues.
