1.) I hope that I’m not forcing you into this. It’s fine if you don’t feel like working with me in this task. However, if you want to, it’ll be a pleasure to work with you. I believe that this is the best course of action in order to help her cope up with working with the group without invading her personally
2.) Everybody is resistant since they are not comfortable working with each other yet since they have their doubts with themselves. In order for them to feel a little bit better comfortable with each other, I would try to tell them that I would do the role play first, then they can follow after if they want to

2.) I would not force him/her to change his/her mind nor force him/her to answer the question why. I let him/her speak his/her mind first.
3.) I was able to notice that her work was more sincere and heartfelt since she was able to talk in her native language. Usually speaking in your first language would make it easier for a person to deliver what she really wants to say as compared to other languages
4.) Yes, even if I’m happy for her since she was able to tell what she felt. I would not force her to say it to her mother because I also know about the repercussions of doing so. I think it’s best for her to do so in her own pace
5.) I’ll tell them in a kind manner that Casey should have the last choice and that they should not pressure her in doing so.

2.) I would first ask to make it clear where the main source of her problem is. Based on the video, I do think that it is her sadness over losing his father. Following from that, I would try to dig in deeper by asking some non-invasive questions, then engage with a role-play.

2.) Yes, I would suggest her to talk further to others that had the similar experience. Perhaps a friend, colleague, or even another participant in the discussion. This should help her make her feel better by knowing that she’s not the only one who feels that way
