Gastrulation is the formation of triminar embryo derived from three embryo layers of endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm (Tam, P et al, 2006). During gastrulation process, the movement of cells results to enormous embryo redeployment. The embryo develops from simple round cells into multi-layered organisms. Several cells found near the embryo moves to new interior location. During gastrulation the three germ layers including mesoderm, endoderm and ectoderm are organized into their proper location. The bilaminate epiblasts are converted into three primary embryo germ layers as follows; the ectoderm will be located around other germ layers. The mesoderm will be in the middle of the ectoderm and endoderm. The endoderm will relocate to the most interior part of the embryo. For amphibians, gastrulation is not simple.
