I have acquired knowledge, and as I have interacted more with people who have a history of substance abuse this has provided provide insights on how they use coping mechanisms, and this has not affected my stress levels (Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, 2009). There was support and encouragement and as a recovering addict I would be interested to learn how others view the treatment effectiveness of different options.

Being aware of the dialogues has helped me to improve communication and now I focus more rehearse discussion than before, if in a group setting, which makes it easier to respond to queries respond and interact in a positive way (Paul, 1982).
