Given the nature of the substance, this client is recommended a long-term treatment plan (Mukherji, 2018). As he states that he is willing to complete the treatment at the CAAA housing program, it is best for him to get the detox as soon as possible.
Goals and Objectives
The objective is to get a primary care physician (PCP) involved who can begin the diagnosis to be clear about the underlying physical and mental conditions that may cause stress and anxiety in the patient once he quits on alcohol (Weiner & Malinoff, 2018). The goal is to help the patient in this critical situation.
