Purpose & Tips
• This is an assignment of introspection, as well as applying the theoretical knowledge learned in courses. The following steps may help:
1. Before writing, review your journal entries
2. Next jot down your intellectual, emotional, and skill changes over the quarter. Consider areas of growth, stress and future development, including your internship supervision.
3. Jot down your observations about diversity in your placement. This should relate to cultural competence and humility. Observations may relate to attitudes/practices toward one client or case, a disenfranchised group of people, or a whole community. It may relate to your own biases/reactions or agency practices, policies or interventions. 
4. Jot down how you have matured as a social service provider, including your development of a professional identity. For example, how have you grown in the use of your self as social work tool, in your understanding of ethics, and in your commitment to social justice? Have you seen any theories learned in class applied to practice (strength-based, ecological, respecting diversity; HBSE theories like Erikson; values & ethics; problems with the social service system, etc)? 
• Now write a paper that synthesizes these 4 elements and follows the structure below.

I have acquired the ability to help more than two children at once. By working with children for the stipulated time of internship, I aimed at the addressing of children issues by considering the applicability of the most practical skills. The future social work experiences will be focused on addressing more children needs at the same time. This will improve my intentions of realizing the maximum output.
Helping children concentrate while doing their work facilitates the right objective realization strategy. Most of the children focus on different play items that lower their potential in carrying out the expected tasks at the right time. Their concentration is a useful tool in making them address a number of challenges that may be default to deal with as one gets the children organized. The children need an encouragement in making them execute the desirable objectives within the social groups.
Self-Reflexivity:
I have learned that I am more patient with kids and friends. Patience pays. When dealing with other people I will be in a position to address the social challenges that may be difficult to solve. The socialization process requires a better understanding of the best attributes in dealing with the related issues that are part of the best applicable standards. Patience will enable me cope well with the other colleagues as we aim at the realization of the best efforts in a community work. The relative fundamentals in creating a quality working environment are well considered in dealing with the creative work process. When dealing with my supervisors, I can tolerate their demands and factor in the right attributes in determining the right professional standards. Listening to the supervisors advances the required considerations in executing the right work formula.
Cultural Competence/Humility:
In working with diverse groups, I have to be accommodative. This enables me consider their suggestions in realizing the ability of the individuals to come up with a better flow of the work systems in question. A consideration of the right social groups contributes to the relevant understanding of the related work advancement. Respectful and culturally competent services are being offered at my internship.
