Servant Leaders are the people that our planet needs in these times of turmoil of corruption, poverty, and class-struggle and one such leader is the Prime Minister of Canada today, Justin Trudeau. Servant leaders are true leaders, able to direct the energy of an organization into efforts that would truly help improve the lives of many rather than serve the interests of only a few. Trudeau shows to the world that leadership and power go hand in hand, and that it is the leaders’ responsibility to make decisions that are based on the reality and needs of the people.
Justin Trudeau consciously follows the concept of servant leadership and uses it to explain his approach to greater democracy in the Liberal Party of Canada. Servant leadership is a methodology that requires the full sincerity of character, but most of the time, the general public have trust issues when it comes to great politicians as great politicians are also usually great liars. Justin Trudeau certainly radiates a strong honest vibe and his character background can easily be seen transparently in the internet. One example is we can easily learn that he has a flexible discipline of yoga and meditation.
