The main purpose of this research paper is to evaluate some of the possible achievement and accomplishments that St. Laurent Starbucks café may meet with opting to supply its products and services within locations of funeral homes in Ottawa.
Introduction
The current trends in hotel and general hospitality sector show that in Canada there has been limited investment in terms of hotels and cafes products and services in the localities characterized with existence of funeral homes and cemeteries. The research problem lies within the argument that the proposed café under study has opted to take chances by planning to render products and services within such areas despite of economical challenges associated with having business in such locations.
