I visited a sick friend during the week on my way from work. He was very happy to see me and grateful for the meal I brought for him. This made me feel like I was part of an important phase in his life where he needed support and friendship. Over the weekend on my way to lunch, I saw an old lady trying to cross the road. She didn’t seem like she had good eyesight and she was afraid of the speeding cars. After helping her cross the road, she thanked and blessed me which made me feel motivated to take on the day. I met with a classmate on the same day who thanked me on helping her meet the deadline for an assignment we had been given. She hadn’t thanked me before and offered to pay for my lunch on that day. That made me quite happy.
Yesterday when I got home, my neighbour came over to thank me for receiving his mail during the time he was away on holiday for a month. He was happy and grateful and he left me a token of appreciation that really made me happy. Some of the money I received from him will be used to replace ...
