Who are the four team members, and what was the primary reason each person was selected
As part of the west Coast Transit Marketing Team the four workers are Michael, Elizabeth, Doug, and Williams. Michael is a leader who motivates others and has a positive attitude, and has 5 years experience. Elizabeth also enjoys collaboration is open to new ideas, supports and encourages open communication, is highly motivated and seeks solutions to problems. Doug is goal-oriented and motivated to achieve more when his performance is rewarded, but he is not enthusiastic working in teams, but he still contributes as best as he can. Williams has experience and is well respected among his co-workers and since he is non-confrontational, and fellow workers are comfortable working with him.

One of Michael‘s major strength is his willingness to collaborate with others and is often one who initiates the collaboration process, and this is often useful when planning changes. Collaboration ensures that the team members are well informed about decisions and are less likely to be dissatisfied compared to when they have little or no information.
