The various expectations that are placed on parents and families have emerged as a primary source of anxiety in recent years. Numerous parents face substantial obstacles in their pursuit of securing and being able to pay for high-quality child care for their children due to the expensive costs of living in urban areas and the insufficient resources offered by the government for childcare. This issue makes it difficult for parents to keep their jobs and unnecessarily strain families, which may lead to economic and social inequality. The ramifications of this case significantly impact the happiness and general well-being of people of all ages who live in Hong Kong, including both the adult and the younger generations. According to Ayob et al. (2021), implementing the "Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme" contains considerable promise as a local resource for efficiently addressing this issue.
