Introduction.
I choose to pursue nursing since it was the best career that suits me in all aspects. It took inspiration from family and personal experience to make the bold decision of being a nurse. Nursing offers me the opportunity to show compassion to others a personality that grows in me.
In my childhood days, I would dissect worms since their internal body structure amused me. Often people would tell how an excellent surgeon I will become. I firmly believe that my childhood experiences with animals initiated my love for sciences that lead to pursue nursing. All my life I have always wanted something that will put me in care giving position, something that would equip me with a benefiting factor towards people around me. I strongly believe am compassionate since the well-being of people around me has always been my primary concern. Since nursing is well known as a caring profession, I couldn’t think of any better career that will give me the opportunity to take care of others.  
The satisfaction of a task excellently and passionately carried out, the fear of endangering a patient’s life, the need to offer real services as well as pride in a job is well done greatly motivates me to do what I do.
