3-1 Identify three assessment tools. Explain how and when each of those tools could be used to inform the coaching relationship. Use scholarly sources to support your answers.
3-2 Research and choose an organization. Briefly describe the culture of the organization. Speculate what challenges the organizational culture may have on executive performance in the organization. Describe how specific aspects or challenges of the organization’s culture affect the way executives perform.

At its core, coaching is a goal-driven activity that requires the use of different assessment tools. The first assessment tool is Goal. It is important for the coach to set specific goals and ensure that the client is provided with the best assistance (Bird, 2015). By creating goals and planning things, it will be easy for the coach to perform in a better way. The second assessment tool is Trust. Coaching by the whole is based on trust, which means a coach has to establish and maintain a trusting relationship with the client in order to enhance the coaching process. The third assessment tool is Feedback. This can guarantee sustainable or positive behavioral changes, and a coach must be willing to take feedback seriously. This is the only way for them to see whether the assistance they are providing to the client is appropriate or not.
