Select the five behaviors that you consider to be the most serious violations of ethical practice. What are the reasons for you selection of these behaviors? Explain.
1. Previous past romantic and/or sexual relationship.
This is absolutely unethical by every standard. I chose this because it is one of the most fundamental of human associations, and might easily affect the group leader in one way or another. I am not even of the idea that there should be a provision of five years since the last contact. Anything to do with emotions is outright unacceptable under this professional perspective.
2. Uncomfortable, unconventional practices.
By telling the members to perform some activities, such as getting nude for the purposes of discussion in the group, the leader becomes totally immoral and out of order. By doing this, the essence of the session becomes lost in the discomfort of the activity. Part C.7.c talks against harmful practices, of which this can be an example.
