Mission Statement: Good exercise, good health, good life.
Vision Statement: To live a successful and inspiring life by taking care of my health through constant exercise.
In this age and time where office jobs continue to ensure that employees remain in stationary sitting positions all day long, the lack of frequent physical activity might result to disorders that may affect the health and overall output of workers in organizations. My goals are to ensure that I benefit from frequent exercise in order to boost my overall performance at the workplace and in society (Rothaermel, 2012). I also plan to offer what I have learned to members of the community by opening a gym in the neighbourhood and producing exercise videos for people in offices that may help in the prevention of back disorders caused by sitting for long periods of time.
In order to achieve pristine body condition, I will create a time in my itinerary that will allow me to have at least one hour of exercise before and after work. Different exercises will be allocated to different days of the week. Running, endurance exercises, weight lifting and sports will be incorporated into different days of the week in order to achieve expected results. During weekends when most people would stop at the bar for a drink, I will be at the basketball court for most of Saturday morning after which I will go surfing at the beach for the rest of the afternoon.
My diet will be free of junk food or pre-baked food. I will ensure that I stay away from steroids and eat fruits and drink fresh juice instead. Most importantly I will avoid alcohol, cigarettes, drugs and deep fried food.
Measuring my Performance:
I will compare weight gain or loss in relation to previous measurements. I will ensure that I go for a medical check-up every month so as to monitor my muscle growth ratio and keep my records of my blood pressure in order to record any anomalies.
