The aim of the program is to ensure that the security companies provide quality services that do not tolerate the safety of the airport. In this perspective, it ensures that the employees that are being employed at the airport have completed the required training and the compensation and benefits being assigned to them are standardized. For instance, the QSP provides the rates that are $0.5 above the San Francisco Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO) and require the employers to provide other benefits such as health and paid offs to their employees.
