Security intelligence assessment collects, evaluates, analyzes, integrates, and interprets all the information that is used to warn governments about any activities that may pose a security threat to the country (Steiner, 2014)). In the intelligence community, there are organizations that collect the information, others interpret it, while others use it in delivering their programs. In the Yemen case, the assessment will be helpful to the following organization:
* Foreign affairs agencies.
* Private security agencies.
* Recruitment agencies.
* Relief and risk management agencies.
* Transportation agencies.
For all these agencies, each has a different key issue and how they will use the information. Foreign affairs agencies would want to know how the threat will affect their operations in Yemen and whether it will affect the relationship between the countries.
