Yes I do agree with your main primary diagnosis of Robin as having a brief psychotic disorder. The symptoms fit and the duration of these episodes are not that prolonged enough to suggest a dysthymic disorder CITATION Cla14 \l 1033 (Clarke & Kuhl, 2014). However, what I agree the most regarding your comment is that idea that this case clearly lacks a lot more information. I think that further analysis is needed.
However, for the case of Becky, I believe that there are a lot of other differential diagnosis for this, since aside from a Delusional disorder erotomantic type/ jealous type, this could also be a case of paranoid personality disorder CITATION Ame131 \l 1033 (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).

I highly agree with your idea that Schizoaffective disorder cannot be easily ruled out in this case. However, I still doubt that a substance/drug-induced diagnoses could easily be ruled out, because I think that further analysis should be done regarding the effects of the drugs that she is taking to the psychotic episodes that Robin is experiencing.
As for the case of Becky, I do agree with the idea that this might be a case of an erotomantic delusional disorder based from her symptoms CITATION Dzi14 \l 1033 (Dziegielewski, 2014). However, I also believe that further information is needed for this.
