I highly agree with your idea that Schizoaffective disorder cannot be easily ruled out in this case. However, I still doubt that a substance/drug-induced diagnoses could easily be ruled out, because I think that further analysis should be done regarding the effects of the drugs that she is taking to the psychotic episodes that Robin is experiencing.
As for the case of Becky, I do agree with the idea that this might be a case of an erotomantic delusional disorder based from her symptoms CITATION Dzi14 \l 1033 (Dziegielewski, 2014). However, I also believe that further information is needed for this.
