In my opinion, strategies of administrative authorities implementing policies that tend to oppress some individuals to make the lives of others better in the name of affirmative action are the highest form of impunities ever to exist. As much as the same policies aim at promoting diversity, economic development, and several other targeted objectives, the little impact they can have on the individuals on the other side of the coin is quite influential in promoting a fair and just society (Goldstein & Meisenbach, 2017). In my opinion, this itself is a form of racial discrimination, only that it's the contrary of what people consider to be racial discrimination in this scenario.
As a starting point towards achieving a fair and just society, respective administrative authorities should formulate and implement policies that are non-discriminative in either admission to colleges, jobs, or any other public faculties or benefits to benefit economically disadvantaged individuals of either minorities or whites' community.
