Such concerns emanate from the realization that; prejudice easily leads to low productivity due to low morale that comes to take place when there are incidences of prejudice. In addressing the issue of prejudice, there is a realization that contact conditions could lead to a reduction of prejudice. Aronson,Wilson & Akert (2013) assert that; applicability of conditions of contact may differ with different situations. There are generally six conditions of contact whose application can reduce prejudice.
