Completing tasks before the set deadline is a sign of commitment and also prevents the consequences that come along with not meeting the deadline.
As a leader in the group, one can oversee all the activities and ensure the progress is excellent. As such, the assignment performance will be eminent.
Referencing is important as it shows that the sources used for the assignment were reliable and existent.

Group Interaction Guidelines
When a group member is not willing to participate, we talk to them kindly and show them the importance of contributing.
When a member does not complete their task at all, we extend the deadline to help them complete the task and agree as a group what to do if they do not complete the task even after the deadline extension.
If a member submits the task after the agreed timeframe, they should be fined. This should be an agreement by the members from the first day, and a specific charge agreed upon.
