1 The main reason why ASEAN refugees are being deported back into their country of origin is the law system. In its most ideal sense the law system was created to protect the rights of everyone, both the citizen and the ‘outsiders’. In the perspective of any refugee, going to a place with good economic bases and security is a big benefit for them. However, for those who reside (individuals and government) in the country where they headed to, the idea of someone else going there could be daunting since every country only has a limited number of resources while its capacity greatly decreases with the increase of population.
