Advocacy Name Professor Date Introduction Advocacy is an action by an individual or group of people which targets to influence decisions within the society more so economic, political, social systems and institutions. On the other hand, legislative advocacy is where an individual or a group works with individual lawmakers or lawmaking bodies to lobby support for their initiative, for the needs of an organization, specific population or for precise services. For advocates to achieve their cause there is need to come up with a plan or strategies that will help them.
