The first indicator is that the client becomes easy to talk to. The coach can motivate a client and help them improve communication skills (Karwowski & Soszynski, 2008). Besides, the coach has to make the client understand that change could bring positivity to their life. Another indicator is that the client starts listening to the coach carefully. If he or she pays utmost attention to the coach and takes their advice seriously, then this will show that the client has made their mind to change themselves. The third indicator is that the client remains in a good mood and does not get frustrated with small things.

If the client is not ready to change, then they would avoid speaking to the coach (2017). They might not attend the coaching classes and would hide truths about them, such as medical history and others. Also, the client might pretend that they have not been able to understand ...
