3-1Conflict is inevitable due to the fact that we possess different opinions, ideas and beliefs. Members of a group perceive things differently according to the way they think is proper hence the occurrence of conflicts that may involve individuals, group members or group leaders. However, the following types of conflicts are likely to occur in groups.
* Interpersonal conflict which occurs between two individuals. This might be between a group member and the leader or group members.
* Intrapersonal conflict which occurs within an individual. A member may have psychological conflict involving his values, emotions and principles.
* Intragroup conflict which occurs among the members of the group. This might be due to a misunderstanding or interpersonal disagreements (Beeb & Masterson, 2014).

This helps them to become more sensitive to other people's positions and how others view them. It also helps to improve their confidence (Corsini, 2010).
4-1Not all groups achieve to realize their objectives and not all fail to achieve their goals as well. Being successful and not depends on several factors. The following factors will help a group achieve its goals:
* Regular meetings which allow the members to interact and understand each other.
* Commitment from both members and the group leader.
* Open communication among the members.
