Religion entails organized denominations or a personal belief. It is an essential aspect of American society. A large number of Americans believe that religion is vital in preserving the society as a whole. Currently, only 44% of Americans support religion and belief in God as a means of having good and moral values (Tamir et al., 2020). Currently, every citizen has freedom of religion. American has traditionally been a religious country, and the first settlers regarded themselves as agents of the divine authority. Today, many Americans attend a place of worship. The country has diverse religious denominations ranging from Catholics, Islam, Hindu, and Jews.
