A person's personality shines through in everything they do, which is why possessing excellent personal values is thought to be critical for a leader's success. Personal values can influence how an individual or a group teaches or interacts with their team; some people are simply gifted communicators who are appealing to others and enjoyable to interact with. In terms of the personal servant leadership model, a leader should aim to do what is best for the team (Hannay, 2009).
Instead of a clear distinction between leaders and followers, in this instance, the leaders are also servants who perform the same functions as their group members. This type of leadership has been shown to be effective in the majority of circumstances. It can also be called a humble leadership style in which the person in command does not name himself a leader but rather a member, who they are the one who facilitates the group.
The primary idea of the first paragraph is what a leader should utilize to become a good leader. However, it needs to be implemented in a larger sample size in this case. For example, becoming a community leader necessitates the participation of local government entities in order to reach out better and garner support for the actions that they wish to undertake or achieve. An organization does what its leader tells them to do or what its organization's goals are; depending on how the leader guides them, the group's general characteristics may alter (Kanter, 2003).
