The communion of saints/qualities
When referring to people, the communion of saints can be described as the spiritual union of individuals who attend the Christian Church, and this includes both the living and the dead and is in a constant state of purification (Oliver, 2015). Evidence suggests that the communion of saints is considered as a single body that is mystical, and which is led by Jesus where every person makes a contribution to the church as well as share in the welfare of other individuals.
From a personal perspective, I believe that the Apostle’s Creed defines beliefs which people place in the Catholic church, with evidence showing that the Communion of Saints is among these beliefs. Therefore, the traditions of the Catholic faith enable people to understand that they belong to the communion of saints, and this includes the living pilgrims, the individuals who are blessed and are in heaven, as well as the purified individuals who are dead. I believe that the communion of saints defines the ways in which people can live a purified way of life.
Paschal Mystery
Paschal Mystery can be described as the basic concepts that are practiced by the Catholic Church and it is associated with the historical aspects of salvation (thecompassnews.org, 2011). From a personal perspective, Paschal Mystery is based on the desire, consequent death, and the ultimate resurrection of Christ, and this is considered as God' aim to send his son to earth in order to fulfill his mission. When it comes to Jesus Christ, the Paschal Mystery is made up of his passion, how he died, then he resurrected and was finally glorified.
