They, therefore, need to be provided with health care facilities to make them feel like the rest of the community. Comorbidity is the prevalence of more than one disease witnessed in someone at the same time. Often these conditions are witnessed for a long duration of time. Hence, this paper will focus on giving depth understanding of these disabilities by providing the age bracket usually affected by the given illness as well as the right strategies for handling a particular illness.
Depression
Prevalence
Registered to be higher in outpatients in developing countries than in outpatients from countries that have already developed. In Europe, more females than males suffer from depression (Fried, 2016). It is higher in low and middle-income countries, particularly in Afghanistan, the Middle East, and North and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Age group
Depression affects any age, be it that of children and adults. In the United States, the age mostly affected by depression is that of the middle-aged women between 40 to 59 years ((Fried, 2016).

The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) works in making the lives of those facing depression as well as other related disorders better by giving treatment for this disorder. This nonprofit organization educates people on the directives for getting medication and provide them with adequate resources for this course (Fried, 2016). The American Psychological Association (APA) comprising of psychologists is a digital platform where people with depression can get information on the right ways to manage depression or anxiety.
Strategies
One is required to talk to a therapist, boost your self-image, keep yourself busy with various activities like watching movies, taking walks among others. Also, have family or friends you can rely on, have adequate sleep, exercise a lot, practice proper nutrition habits and avoid taking liquor.
ADHD

It is dictated by geographical locations. For Cerebral Palsy, this was witnessed mostly among boys than girls.

Wolfers et al. (2020) posited that the average age of ADHD diagnosis is seven years old. The first symptoms are often witnessed on those between ages three and six. This is because it is a childhood disorder.
