Positive Psych: Awareness, Happiness, Emotions, and Thoughts
Create a table/spreadsheet of the connection between thoughts and emotions throughout the week. The table should have 3 columns: Thought, Emotion, Why. The "Why" column should be a brief explanation about why you connect each emotion with the respective thought. Your table should have a minimum of 10 thoughts during the week.
Now, examine your completed table and summarize your observations about which emotions seemed to be more prominent.
Write a 1-2-page summary and ask yourself: 1) What you already knew about yourself, 2) What you learned about yourself, and 3) Self-Reflection and Self-Knowledge: What you are still unclear on and need further explanation? Please include citations.
