It is amazing how our thoughts changes with time especially when we have been having wrong perspectives about things. Before we started the class, my thoughts about leading teams were all different and I can say I have been having it wrong. Now I understand why I failed as team few years back. I knew that leading teams was all about giving instructions and they were to be followed by all members and that is why I failed because I never listened to anybody.
