Reengineering processes to make them more effective and efficient is common among professionals. The process requires planning, execution and evaluation with a long-term perspective. However, it is essential to understand the process before reengineering it. Most professionals ensure that they understand the details of a task so that they can plan adequately and provide accurate results.
